Domino Partnerships is a small friendly business setup to offer support to adults with learning and physical disabilities and other associated additional needs. We have person centred approach that puts your needs and wishes first.

Our aim is to address barriers to employment faced by disabled people by training employers and employment service providers in disability, equality and good practice. The project is user led and the focus is on working in partnership to change mindsets and practices in a supportive way. This will increase the chances of employment for individuals enhancing their self-esteem and confidence.

We achieve this by offering training, real world work experience and volunteering opportunities whilst working on our projects and structured accredited courses.

We also offer Creative Training Packages to organisations using professional actors and training in disability awareness with our own in house Theatre In Education Group who are 'experts through experience'
