Domino Partnerships

Referrals to Domino Partnership: Referrals from schools, Social Workers, PCT, NHS Trust or other Health Professionals who wish to commission places are welcomed.
We also accept self-referrals from individuals and carers. Direct payments and individualised budgets are welcomed.

What are Direct Payments?

If you are assessed and eligible for Community Care Services from Social Services you can access Direct Payments to meet your needs. This includes:

People with Learning Disabilities or Physical Disabilities
People with Additional needs
Carers

Direct Payments or Personalised Budgets as they are often known, are paid directly to you by Social Services so that you can purchase the support service you choose to give you independence, choice and control over your life.

Can I use my Direct Payments to buy a place with Domino Partnerships?
Yes We simply send you an invoice every month for the days you have agreed to attend with us. Alternatively your Social Worker may arrange for your Local Authority to commission a place for you at Domino Partnerships.
